Influenza Vaccinations:

The 2024 influenza vaccine is now available.

We offer the flu vaccine for:

  • ?65yrs – No charge, covered under NIPVIP.
  • Pregnant women – No charge, covered under NIPVIP.
  • 5 Years to < 65 Years Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and/or patients with Medical Risk Conditions (MRC) eg asthmatics, diabetics, immunocompromised – No charge, covered under NIPVIP.
  • General population – 18yrs to 64yrs – $24.99 * WA State Government Free Flu – May and June 2024
  • ?5 Years to Year 6* at school – a $15 administration fee is applicable (Cost of the vaccine is covered under WA State NIP).

ATAGI recommends that it is acceptable to co-administer a COVID-19 booster vaccine dose with other vaccines, including the influenza vaccine.

Other Vaccinations:

WA Pharmacist vaccination scope has been expanded as of 1 January 2024 and includes the administration of the following vaccines to individuals aged 5 years and over in accordance with the Administration of Vaccines by Pharmacists SASA, the COVID-19 Vaccination SASA, the WA Immunisation Schedule and the Australian Immunisation Handbook.

A $15 administration fee on top of the cost of the vaccine is applicable.

NOTES:

Bookings are preferred but we may be able to accommodate walk-ins, a short wait may be required.

Please bring to your appointment a form of identification eg driver’s license or passport and Medicare card.

If you do not have Medicare, your vaccination history can be linked to an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) number.

It is a requirement to remain in the pharmacy for 15mins after your vaccination to ensure you are not experiencing any adverse effects eg anaphylaxis.

Your vaccination details will be uploaded to The Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) and can be viewed on your Medicare myGov account.

A vaccination statement is available upon request.
